Our mission
Our mission is to engage learners with fun and intellectually stimulating STEM based activities, educate them using relatable STEM platforms, and empower them through mentoring with learner-initiated creative projects.
Our story
Founded in 2018 in Haymarket, VA, Abacus started as a single-team operation supporting a handful of VEX V5 students. Today we field three competitive teams, run year-round CAD and programming cohorts, and host monthly open houses for families interested in STEM.
